Organic and sustainability
It is important to your hostess Michaela that you enjoy a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere during your stay in Ischgl. You should feel at home at the hotel and be able to enjoy some peace and quiet.
This also includes the cuisine on offer – the focus is on quality when it comes to the selection of foods and ingredients. The majority are organic products and foods from small-scale suppliers from the local region and from Austria, e.g. honey and cheese from Ischgl, Sonnentor, Urkornhof, Manju natural fruit juices and much more.
The issue of sustainability is of great importance to your hostess away from cuisine too. She is therefore very proud to have received the award for a certified environmental company. This award is given to companies with a special ecological commitment and who consciously deal with sustainability. This involves the use of environmentally-friendly cleaning agents, sparing use of water and careful separation and disposal of waste. The hotel also needs to be supplied with environmentally-friendly eco-power and the standard lamps were replaced with energy-saving LED lamps.
