The Hotel
Pure COMFORT
Standard plus room
Our top category "Standard Plus" offers spacious and comfortable double rooms, including a cosy seating area and balcony. These rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, telephone, flat screen TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, safe and hairdryer. The "Standard Plus" rooms are 18-25 m² and west-facing. Accessibility
The hotel is widely accessible: There are no steps from the car park to the reception or the dining room. A wheelchair-accessible lift provides access to the guest rooms, some of which are wheelchair accessible with enough space next to the bed and in the bathroom as well as ramps for access to the balcony.

Our booking conditions
The prices listed here are in euros, per person and night. A short stay surcharge applies for weekend bookings and bookings of less than 3 nights. The prices are exclusive of local tax, which is EUR 3.00 per person and day.
Included in the price:
- A hearty breakfast buffet with many organic products
- Extended afternoon buffet with cold and warm dishes
- Use of the wellness area including fitness room
- Fruit and tea buffet in the wellness area
- Parking and garage spaces at the hotel
- Ski depots at the Pardatschgratbahn: € 5,- per locker and day
Reductions
Reductions for additional bed:
- 0 - 3 years: free
- 4 - 10 years: 50% reduction
- 11 - 17 years: 30% reduction
- 18 years and over: 20% reduction
Discounts refer to the daily prices listed. Room occupancy: Discount is applicable when sharing with two fully paying adults. It is not possible to book double rooms for single use.
Ski depots
We offer ski depots at reduced rates at the Pardatschgratbahn: EUR 5 per day and locker.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement. However, for legal reasons, they are not allowed in the dining room or restaurant. Price: Euro 18.00 / day (without food).
Payment
Cash, EC card, Visa or MasterCard, deposit can be made with credit card.
Reservation
In order to secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total amount, which can be paid by bank transfer (with no charges for the recipient) or credit card.

Cancellation
Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
In the case of cancellation within 3 months to one month before arrival the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee
In the case of cancellations within a month up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 1 week or no-show will be charged at 100% of the total price.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung!
Arrival and Departure
The rooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10.30am on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. When booking flat rates, there will be no reimbursement in the event of late arrival or early departure. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room will be charged according to the booking. If fewer than the booked number of people arrive, the full room price will still be charged.
